Cross Night Light – User Instructions

1. Unboxing & Setup

Carefully remove the night light from its packaging.

Plug the night light into a USB power source using the provided cable.

Only use the USB cable provided with the light. Do not use other cables.

If the cable becomes faulty, replacement cables are available for purchase.

2. Turning the Light On & Off

Gently swipe the metal panel on the side of the light to turn it on and off.

3. Adjusting Brightness

Press and hold the metal panel to adjust brightness.

4. Placement & Safety Tips

Place the night light on a flat, stable surface or mount it securely on a wall if designed for hanging.

Keep away from water or moisture.

Avoid placing near heat sources or covering the light when in use.

5. Charging & Power Supply

Ensure a secure USB connection for continuous use.

6. Troubleshooting

Light won’t turn on? Check the power source and ensure the USB cable is properly connected.

How long will it take to get my order?

Deliveries across Australia will arrive within approximately 2-8 business days. Please note, these timeframes are just an estimate and can vary depending on your location. Please also note that COVID-19 may delay delivery times further.

We are an online store only.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide using Australia Post.

My order has arrived damaged and/or incorrect, how can this be fixed?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us via email within 48 hours of receiving your items. A photo of the damage along with a description is to be sent to info@luxeadore.co. If you fail to contact us within this timeframe we may not be able to assist you. Please refer to our returns policy.
